Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zatra Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth process.

A. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at zatracollections@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners or request you to ship it back.
  • Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

C. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via bank transfer (customer must share bank details).

D. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for another product, please mention it while requesting the return.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

E. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items bought during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)

F. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

G. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are not shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
