Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Zatra Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth process.A. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
B. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at zatracollections@gmail.com with your order details.- Once approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners or request you to ship it back.
- Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
C. Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via bank transfer (customer must share bank details).
D. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange for another product, please mention it while requesting the return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
E. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:- Customized or personalized products
- Items bought during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
F. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
G. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are not shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
