Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zatra Collections, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

A. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays and festive shutdowns.
  • During sale periods or high volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

B. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timelines (India)

  • Standard Shipping: Metro cities: 3–5 business days; Non-metro: 5–8 business days; Remote/Outskirts: 7–12 business days.
  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days.
  • Timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, regional restrictions).

C. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999: Standard shipping fee ₹79.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available): Convenience fee ₹50. COD eligibility varies by pin code.

D. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link / AWB number via email/SMS.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch.

E. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. Please ensure availability or authorize someone to receive the parcel.
  • If the parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated non-availability, it may be returned to us (RTO). Re-shipping can be arranged with applicable charges.

F. Address Changes

  • Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

G. International Shipping

  • International delivery is currently limited and subject to courier availability, local duties, and taxes.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination.

H. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural disasters, or regulatory checks.
  • We will proactively share updates if we anticipate significant delays.

I. Packaging & Partial Shipments

  • All orders are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
  • In rare cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

J. Receiving Your Order

  • If the outer package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For faster resolution of transit issues, share unboxing photos/videos and the AWB number with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

K. Undeliverable Pin Codes

  • If your area is temporarily unserviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and offer alternatives such as address change, self-pickup (if available), or order cancellation with full refund.
